"It was a darling space. Cozy and perfect for a stay of a few days or more. Well appointed kitchenette and a very comfy bed. My only comment would be that the stairs to room 7 are a steep climb and would be difficult for anyone with physical challenges or big bags. A note indicating this at time of booking would be helpful. I will definitely be staying here again. It’s central location was ideal."

"Office is only monitored M-F business hrs. So not sure how to communicate after hours? We arrived late on Thursday and were not in the room we booked. Dealt with that issue in the morning on Friday and it was quickly resolved and our parking space was moved to a secure indoor parking space once they noticed we had bikes. "The room was clean. The front counter staff were patient and helpful, able to answer all of my inquiries. They were able to help me out with anything I needed. The breakfast buffet was good, with good variety. The breakfast staff made sure food was stocked and the area was clean. And it was really nice that they had a Culligan water station in the lobby, so I could fill up my water bottle on the way out in the morning."

"The location of the hotel was ideal. Being right on the board walk, we were close to lots of restaurants, a gorgeous walk along the harbour and had great views. The room was clean but missing a few things (shampoo, conditioner, towels) which the staff filled quickly once we asked. The pool and gym were clean and had great hours (5:30am-11pm) which was perfect for our family."
