"Very expensive hotel. Very inconvenient if you decide to visit Brisbane city. Very limited choice in term of dining. Very unfriendly hotel if you have any modifications of the trip. We wasted more than $1200 on this reservation. Very upsetting experience."

"The room was huge! Biggest ive ever come across. The rooms were so quiet. Couldn't ask for a better stay. I slept so peacefully. The bed was comfy and the room came with bottled water"

"Hotel was fine, some of the amenities are starting to show wear but are in good condition. Only issue we had (staying a friday night) was finding food. Both reasturants were full and there was a lack of ubereats drivers available on said evening."

"The room was comfortable and well maintained. The building is an older building but the maintenance is mostly on point. The stair wells and corridors need a bit of a clean up. The parking is minimal but kept tidy. The use of the bag lift is useful for upper floor guests. Great location with the bowls club and cafes near by and close proximity to race course and airports. "

"Great after hours checkin system - painless! Room very comfortable, clean and convenient to the airport. Instructions very easy to follow. No face to face contact but friendly phone manner. I would mark down for not having a ramp to get to the lift from reception as it is one step down. Otherwise would stay here again. "

"Staff were wonderful! Pub is great! Room is clean and livable, but for the life of me i cannot figure out where the mosquitos are getting in. All widows were closed, and we had 30+ mosquitos in our room (and some cute baby geckos). While i understand its queensland and these things happen, they just keep coming! We had room 3. Besides the mossies and the baby gecko guests we had a great stay. "

"The boom gate on the car park was not working when we arrived but was repaired by the time we left. One of the two lifts was not working for all of our stay. Our bathroom sink plug was stuck but one of the staff managed to dislodge it. "
