"The staff is always smiling and very kind and helpful"

"Great location with convenient parking. Just off the main tourist drag so very quiet. Next door is the Opera."

"Hotel with a lot of character but with modern facilities. Very spacious and comfortable room. Very close to the station and easy to walk to main areas of Rouen. Very friendly and helpful staff."

"The hotel was clean. The breakfast was an average buffet. Not bad, but not good either. The layout of the hotel was atrocious. The elevator was too small and the layout and size of the room made it very uncomfortable. Very small and cramped. The receptionist was fine, but I had to pay the tax for the room in cash. "The property has an excellent location in the old city close to the cathedral (expect some bells!). The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our only crticism is that Expedia described the hotel as having "laundry facilities". If you screen for "washer and dryer", Expedia gives a positive result for the hotel. "Good location, close walk to everything. The parking was great as well, under 10 euros a night. Staff were good. Room was clean. The hall smelled terrible but the room didn't. My air conditioner didn't seem to work very well. This time of the year it is alright but if it was summer the room would have been way too hot."

"Wonderful location next to the cathedral. Beautiful hotel and spotless rooms. Great host."
