Our room was great and spacious. Comfortable bed, great shower. Very central and lovely staff. We didn't have breakfast as there are plenty of place nearby.

Whilst we did not use the spa facilities, they looked very welcoming as did the entire Hotel which is well situated in the historic old part of Rouen
