"I highly recommend the hotel! It was a good value for the area and still felt high-end. The room was large and clean and had nice toiletries.
The staff were also excellent and very friendly, particularly Kate. She gave us directions, helped us plan a trip to CERN, let us leave our bags before/after check-in/out, and even gave us some water as we were leaving."

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The shower drain was blocked, causing water to pool in the shower and making it impossible for me to wash my hair properly. The staff seemed aware of the issue, as they sent extra towels for us to clean up the water ourselves, yet the problem was never resolved.
What was most frustrating was being charged the full price for the room despite this major inconvenience. I expected at least some form of discount or compensation. Unfortunately, this issue...
