"My experience at this hotel was a far cry from what was advertised. Upon check-in, I was surprised to find additional charges, including nightly parking fees despite ample parking space available onsite, as well as a R250 per person damages deposit, which I declined to pay, leading them to take my driver's license as collateral. "Not stating the truth on their booking site. Driver does not operate airport as mentioned. Nightshift receiption Guard leaves a late arrival exposed to dangers of the thiefs walking around. I had opened a criminal case and is awaiting this false pretences of services to be handles by a criminal court.
