Had to go through the AI to get to a real person... not personally a fan of this but the repairs were made the next day. When you turned on the water in the shower you would get blasted if you were not careful and quick and it was not the easiest thing to access the soap and shampoo.The furniture in the room was quite worn out with holes on the ottoman in 4...

"The rooms are huge, very nice and the bed was comfortable. The property has the ability to be a diamond but it needs to be polished. The check in area should be grand for such a property, it feels and looks temporary, out of place up a step when you walk into the lobby. It is full of clutter, cheap looking iPad screens that look like a cheap self check in station or what it turns out to be is where you acknowledge the rules of the property.
