"Hotel is in a perfect location for pick-up to local attractions. Visitor center a 5 min walk, shopping mall across the street. Very modern, spotless rooms. Extremely helpful and friendly staff, they offer luggage storage in a locked room. Breakfast has a huge, quality selection and fully worth the 21EUR. Ate dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious. Definitely would stay here again."

"Clean room, friendly helpful staff. Fabulous location. I know that a lot of people stay in the Christmas village, but there isn’t a lot to do for adults. This place is central to everything that we wanted to do."

"The service provided was good and the chalet was absolutely wonderful. Parking was free and close to the chalet. If you have a car it’s only a few minutes away from Santa’s village and the city of Rovaniemi. Taxis are readily available for those who prefer that. Provided the sky is clear you’ll likely see a lot of aurora borealis. Bring warm clothes, because the temperature was between -10 and -29 celsius during our stay."

"We had a great stay! Accommodations and breakfast were very good. Staff was friendly. We were also able to enjoy the sauna. The location is more secluded and we had a rental car but if you’re not planning to do so, be aware that you will need to uber/taxi anywhere. I’d definitely recommend this hotel!! "
