"For the price we paid, this was a disappointing experience. Our cabin smelt of cigarette smoke, had blankets that did not appear clean, and the sliding door was difficult to shut all the way. However, the shared bathroom blocks were clean and spacious and the shared laundry facilities were very helpful. The location of the park is nice, directly opposite the water with views of Magnetic Island."

"Venue itself was quite nice however what was supposed to be a nice break away from the hospital ended up being an expensive let down. Lady with the glasses at the bar was extremely rude, a situation that could've been handled way different resulted in us leaving. At $1400 a night, staff should be treating in house guests at a luxury level it felt like we were just a hassle to them. Won't be staying here again."

"From check in to check out, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We requested an early check in, which was available. Staff knew our flight arrived quite early, and were able to have our room available even earlier. Which was greatly appreciated. The room was great, very clean and was kept clean throughout our stay. Staff were always friendly and accomodating. It is a great central location. With plenty of cafes & restaurants around you. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely return....
