"At check-in the 50% deposit paid through Expedia was not recognised and we had to prove payment to avoid a double charge.
This is not a hotel. There is no full-time reception or usual hotel amenities. Neither is it a B&B, as there is no breakfast at the property. A voucher for $7 was provided for a cafe needing a 2 mile round trip; the amount just about covered a muffin and a small coffee. It feels more like managed rooms.
The room and communal areas are pleasantly decorated, clean and the bed...

"The location is beautiful. The room was inaccurate. I was thankful it did not get cold enough to use the fireplace but will come back in the fall.
My only complaint was the parking situation.

"Expedia has the property listed 1.9 miles from Seaport. It is not it is far away than that. The room we had was very nice, but the continental breakfast was less than desired. Very few choices and not enough waffle machines we had to wait 20 minutes to make a waffle."

"We enjoyed our stay at the cove very much. The unit was about as big as my home studio apartment. 2 queen beds in a separate bedroom and another queen fold out in the living area. The bathroom was also spacious and well lit.
The kitchenette was great but would be even better if a small microwave was added. The community microwave in the “play room” was better than nothing but a wee bit of a distance for us. The ice machine worked once in the 5 days we stayed. Bought bags of ice at the liquor...

"This was a great choice for me as a solo going on a cruise. Once there from the airport, I was able to uber/lyft anywhere. I got some local favorites to heat up for dinner & some Asiago popovers for breakfast. Thanks Popover Lady in the Public Market. I was going to walk to the port but it was drizzling. The ride was less than $10 at 11:30 to drive me around the block to drop my bag. I'll stay here again!"
