"We had a hiccup when we checked in. The toilet had been clogged by either the cleaner or previous guest. The staff came up and fixed the issue. Later that night, the bathroom door was broken and locked my young son inside. After a few minutes, I was able to open it and free him. When we reported it to the front desk in the morning, Addi (phenomenal front desk agent) ensured that maintenance fixed it first thing. Within 15 mins, maintenance got it replaced. We called down to the front desk they sent someone up to spray. The other issue was the bathroom door was a pocket door and the handle was ripped off. "You have to unload your suit case in front of the hotel. Then park your car down the block in a parking garage. Then you have a 5 minute walk back to the hotel. Though a courtyard where the homeless hangout, even more fun in the winter months. If you’re lucky you can share an elevator in the garage with somwho lives in it at night! And they charge you for this!!! There are better places in Ogden save your money go somewhere else."
