Parking was included just steps from the building and the property was very well maintained. Gleich neben der Unterkunft ist ein tolles Frühstückrestaurant das OAKEN CAFE. Die Zimmer sind auf zwei Ebenen verteilt und werden über Außentüren erreicht. Die Zimmer sind behaglich eingerichtet. "Friendly, welcoming host upon arrival, ample parking, easy access to ground floor suite. Unfortunately the shower was rather dated and quite small, especially for people that are 6 foot and 6 foot plus. Other than that it was a great place to stay."

"The staff were amazingly helpful. The property itself is a bit old. The room was next to the road and it was very loud even for us that do not mind the noise. Also the window didnt have the curtain and there was no way you could cover, except we used the bath mat otherwise the light was so bright whole night. "

Unit was quite cold when we first arrived but by the next day was warm. Also electric blankets on beds. Need those in Dunedin in winter. Really enjoyed our stay and would book again."
