"My cousin and I absolutely loved our stay at the Ruby Stella Hotel these past four days! It was impeccably decorated, clean, and offered comfortable places in the lobby to relax. Giulia was incredibly friendly and made us feel at home. I love the literary concept of this hotel! "

"Great location. Near the train station and Underground. Lots of restaurants and markets in the immediate area. Loved having the Kitchenette. Used the little market a couple doors down for drinks and snacks. All the employees were polite and helpful. "

"Great location and professional staff in every aspect at this site. The live music at the Chino Latino restaurant was wonderful and the food excellent. Definitely worth the stay. Ask for a river view for some great pictures of the Elizabethan Tower and Parliment. "

"Excellent location!!! Close most places we wanted to see and experience. Also, close to two metro stations (Westminster and Waterloo) with a direct line to all other places we went to. We had a double bedroom suite, which was perfect for family of four. Great staff. "

"All the staff are amazing. They make you feel very welcome, are all so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I really can't praise them enough! The room was small but very clean and comfortable with everything you could need for a great stay. The air con was a massive bonus as it was very hot during our stay, but our room was lovely and cool so we got a great nights sleep each night. The only thing that I would say is to check which rooms have a better shower if you have mobility issues or if you are tall, as our shower had a big step in (it was 12 inches off the floor) which left very little room between the shower floor and the low ceiling. Im 5ft 8in and I struggled to wash my hair without banging my elbows on the ceiling! It was my daughters birthday while we were there and there was a card, balloon and chocolates in the room when we arrived, which was a lovely touch and really appreciated. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but we did eat in the restaurant in the evening. The food is delicious, the staff are lovely and we were impressed how reasonably priced it was. They are very knowledgeable about allergies and have some great options if you do have a food allergy. It is an ideal location, easy to walk to a lot of attractions, perfect for theatre visits. Lots of shops and dining options nearby too. We will definitely be back and I doubt we would stay anywhere else in London now. The hotel is great, but it's the staff that absolutely make this hotel perfect."

"Great location, quick walk to the underground, Westminster Abbey, St. Jame's Park and Buckingham Palace. Very tiny room but we didn't stay in the room, only to sleep."
