"Clean room, quiet and easy to get around"

"Room was well appointed and clean.staff were friendly, informative and helpful. Breakfast was good smorgasbord. The only thing I can say about the property is the TV and microwave was not that easy to get to work as we were old people and struggle with technology. There was no written explanation as to work them that we could find so it was hit and miss with hearing or cooking and took the first night and a lot of frustration to find how to work the TV. I had to push the buttons while the remote was turned on its side in my hand! Everything was great."

"I recently stayed a week at Seasons Botanic Garden Hotel whilst my wife was having a major operation in Melbourne. From the first moment to the last, the experience was seamless, pleasant and exactly what we had expected. The hotel is very conveniently located diagonally across the road from the new Anzac railway station and has a host of small supermarkets and places to eat all within a block or so. There too is also the Botanic gardens, which are directly opposite. Staff wise, I found the cleaning staff to be quite unobtrusive, which was something I was thankful for. Moreover, on seeking to make arrangements for my wife to have a nurse to visit her in our hotel room after she was discharged form the hospital - the nurse needing a parking permit - I found the front of house to be a real standout. We dealt with a quiet, calm and thoughtful young man who was only too pleased to help however possible and thereafter thoughtfully enquired as to my wife's recovery. All up, it was a most convenient and pleasant place to stay."
