"This is always my go-to hotel for one night pre-cruise. It has always been excellent. This time, not so much! When I entered my room, there was a large fan/carpet dryer running in there, so there had obviously been some kind of flooding issue. I turned it off and put it outside the room, letting the front desk know. They never followed up about it. The carpet outside the bathroom area was very wet, but for one night I didn't feel like escalating. I am back again in May and hoping things have...

"Our room was very clean and comfortable with newer furnishings. The location to the cruise port is very convenient. Very disappointed that the pool was so dirty which prevented us from enjoying it. "It was ok for one night before our cruise. Looks like this was a Motel 6 location that is independent now. The property is tired but functional. The room had a nice view of the Harbor and Maritime museum, but there was a lot of street noise. Room itself was clean but tired. Ok for one night. "
