"This is the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and a lot of that was due to the incredible staff, who were all so unbelievably kind and professional, and committed to making your stay so special. The service was unmatched. As for the hotel itself, everything is so thoughtfully curated and as classy as it is cozy. Everywhere you look is something beautiful. Our room was something out of a storybook, super clean, really comfortable bed, nice shower. Could not recommend this place more....

"The hotel was conveniently located and my room was clean and comfortable. I thought that there were no slippers but I just didn’t look carefully enough. The only issue I had was that the gym was very small and only had limited equipment."

"Stayed 2 overnights at Motel One and was very pleased. We loved the balcony in our room. Luckily, we came after the heat wave because our room on the 7th floor must have been very hot! It was in a great location, (walking distance to the train station), the breakfast was nice and the bar was open 24/7. I would stay there again."

I arrived at around 9:30am after what felt like 16 hours without sleep, and although check-in wasn't until 3pm, Sebastian at reception kindly checked whether my room was ready. "This is a lovely older property very close to old Brussels and Grand Place but not right in the middle of the crowds. It is very well maintained and has a calm atmosphere. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. It is a short walk to the central station. The beautiful Galeries de St Hubert are almost across the street and there are many restaurants and waffle cafes. We would definitely recommend it."
