"The construction right below our room until after 9:30pm was aweful. I'm surprised we weren't at least placed in a room further from the construction. Hot tub was brown, not at all like the photos. The room was clean so that met expectations."

"There’s no sound proofing because it’s an old historic building. the exposed air ducts carry voices from hall and adjacent rooms.The suites are designed poorly. You have to walk through the master bedroom past the bed to get to the bathroom from the other bedroom. The whole place smells like burnt popcorn from the movie theater. "It's a great B&B. However, expedia does NOT tell you that if you check in outside of normal hours (3-6pm) you need an appointment because it is run by an actual host. Just call and schedule your arrival with them! Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great."

"This property was definitely on the older side and could use some renos. All of the towels in my room were stained, and the kleenex boxes left empty. I don't think one single staff member greeted me during the 3 nights I stayed there. They just sat behind the desk or walked about but never said hello or even smiled. "
