"Absolutely incredible stay at Casas Brancas Hotel in Buzios. We stayed two nights in the summer and cannot speak highly enough of this place—we just wish we could have stayed longer. The staff is definitely one of the highlights. Both Juliana and Gabriel were very kind and helpful. "Bom custo benefício, check in muito prático, bem próximo a rua das pedras! Tem a mini cozinha mas não tem todos os utensílios. Se tornando impossível fazer comida porque só tem uma panelinha, não tem um frigideira para um ovo! Fiquei 4 diárias e não teve nenhuma troca de toalhas ou arrumação do quarto, tudo que coloca no frigobar congela. "

Teve Ceia de Ano novo para os hospedes e estava deliciosa, não fui avisada que teria e também não sabia que este hotel oferecia tapioca e omelete no café da manhã, achei que a comunicação é um pouco falha. Mas o Hotel é maravilhoso, os funcionários educados e simpáticos te deixam a vontade"

"As fotos apresentadas no app são muito convidativas, porém o local fica muito aquém das fotografias. O café da manhã é extremamente simples e desorganizado, com mesas sujas, cuja louça utilizada não é recolhida. Tive o desprazer de olhar dentro da cozinha e o que vi me assustou bastante. Não vale o valor da diária nem de longe."

"What kind of luxury resort hotel has concrete floors in the room and the bathroom? No hot water in the shower? They didn't have any soap. They insisted shampoo is just as good so gave out extra shampoo! Guess what, shampoo isn't the same, so I had to buy my own soap. The rooms open up motel style to the pool area, so lots of ants end up in the room. The pool is not maintained that great and is filled with bugs and plastic. The pool bar is okay, though.
