"Check in cukup cepat meski ada beberapa antrian. Para staff sangat ramah dan membantu. Kamar luas dan ditata dg baik. Sayang waktu check out agak lama krn antrean tamu. Perlu waktu hampir 15 menit seblm ada tindakan mempercepat antrian."

"Like Staff very responsive and gomout of their way. Spa area no lounge chair and should have basket for used towels. Staff was saying to me that i have towels lying around when i was just about to fold the used towels but i shouldnt .. there should be a container for the used towels"

"This is probably the nicest hotel that i have stayed at in the world. Beautiful and so many details. Not cheap at all, but you get what you pay for and i will be back. "

Although the hotel was not able to provide the medication to treat the problem, alternate solutions were provided by the management team.
