"Each staff member knew 3 to 5 language so we were able to communicate easily. As an English speaker this made my stay much better- I was last in the Czech Republic 40 years ago no one, outside of Prague, talked English so being able to communicate was wonderful. The staff was helpful with evey one of our requests and breakfast was amazing, almost overwhelmingly with all the possibilities. I usually just eat cereal and fruit, which they had, but they also had eggs, salad, cheeses, breads and...

"I arrived after midnight. I was welcomed by a very nice and welcoming lady, I later found out she is security. I was rapidly accomodated in a very nice, clean, and big room with a larger than normal tub. Everything was sparkling clean and brilliant. The lady adviced me where to park and alerted me about the free made to order breakfast. I chose the eggs and bacon platter. I was served a choise of vegetables and a varied of ham and salami before my breakfast arrived. I was also given yogurt....

However, the true highlight was the spa area, which completely exceeded my expectations. Beautifully designed and tucked away in the hotel’s basement, it felt like a hidden sanctuary. Using the saunas was an absolute pleasure. A true gem in Brno that I would happily recommend."
