"Everything you could possibly need and more, wished we could stay longer to enjoy the apartment and surrounding areas more. Great location for all your sightseeing with most everything being within an hours walk or a quick metro ride. Very easy to get to from the Gare Du Nord station using metro system too! The staff were very friendly and welcoming and they were also able to check us in early which we were very grateful for. Thank you for having us"

"We had a lovely stay at the Eiffel Yard hotel May 20-23, 2026. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It is located very close to the Eiffel Tower and many restaurants as well as 2 metro stations. Very convenient for visiting all the Paris attractions! "Great location for family travel in Paris 7th Arrondissement. Safe area, safe apartment (personal QR code to enter main door and apartment). Very close to Rue Cler, 15 mins walk to Eiffel Tower. I love the decor and interior. Decent kitchen appliances and washing machine. Would definitely stay here again. The only downside is no Front Office staff, but they give you a Contact number. "

"Great location, very convenient for just about anything. Metro 10 is 15 mins walk, Metro line 8 is 5 min walk. Super quiet area, countless cafes and restaurants. Spa access is free, sauna and jacuzzi, but you must ask. Daily coffee and croissants are free, seltzer water, and some snacks for kids. Rooms are “Paris” size, but super super clean, fairly krene and up to date. If we did not pay premium because of a Roland Garros, I would give it 10/10, but went to see two matches, therefore happy.
