"When arriving to my room there was a vent open in the bathroom and was hanging down into my bathroom with dust and insulation all over the floor. They fixed it right away but I asked to be moved to a different room and they didn’t have anything available. The front desk person was very nice but after a long day of traveling it was unfortunate."

"Much larger than your average stay in Paris with well appointed apartment. A few bits broken and cleaning a bit rushed but a super place to stay as a family. Area great and front desk super helpful. Breakfast pretty basic but I’d definitely return, especially as a family or a group of friends."

"Wonderful hotel with amazing, helpful staff. The room was so quiet and the shower was amazing. We did al la carte breakfast and it was wonderful! Plus you walk outside 100 ft and see the Eiffel Tower."

"Great location for family travel in Paris 7th Arrondissement. Safe area, safe apartment (personal QR code to enter main door and apartment). Very close to Rue Cler, 15 mins walk to Eiffel Tower. I love the decor and interior. Decent kitchen appliances and washing machine. Would definitely stay here again. The only downside is no Front Office staff, but they give you a Contact number. "

"Great air conditioning and so quiet you will forget that you are in the center of the city. Very clean rooms with wonderful soap, shampoo & conditioner in large bathrooms. Nespresso machine with coffee and teas. The staff is very kind and helpful. And, just outside the door is a very famous bakery -Gosselin. The neighborhood is so quaint easy walk to all the main attractions. Truly a gem in Paris."
