"We had a lovely stay at the Eiffel Yard hotel May 20-23, 2026. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It is located very close to the Eiffel Tower and many restaurants as well as 2 metro stations. Very convenient for visiting all the Paris attractions! "Wonderful hotel with amazing, helpful staff. The room was so quiet and the shower was amazing. We did al la carte breakfast and it was wonderful! Plus you walk outside 100 ft and see the Eiffel Tower."

"Much larger than your average stay in Paris with well appointed apartment. A few bits broken and cleaning a bit rushed but a super place to stay as a family. Area great and front desk super helpful. Breakfast pretty basic but I’d definitely return, especially as a family or a group of friends."

"Great location for family travel in Paris 7th Arrondissement. Safe area, safe apartment (personal QR code to enter main door and apartment). Very close to Rue Cler, 15 mins walk to Eiffel Tower. I love the decor and interior. Decent kitchen appliances and washing machine. Would definitely stay here again. The only downside is no Front Office staff, but they give you a Contact number. "

"Everything you could possibly need and more, wished we could stay longer to enjoy the apartment and surrounding areas more. Great location for all your sightseeing with most everything being within an hours walk or a quick metro ride. Very easy to get to from the Gare Du Nord station using metro system too! The staff were very friendly and welcoming and they were also able to check us in early which we were very grateful for. Thank you for having us"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my time in Paris. The location was perfect, just a short walking distance from the Eiffel Tower and very close to the metro, which made getting around the city extremely easy and convenient. The staff were all incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming throughout my stay, always ready to help with anything I needed.
