"Staff amazing - was very very helpful as I checked in at 2 am and left at 0430. Was in Paris for a party at short notice. Concierge helped me order food delivery and made sure I woke up for my taxi which he arranged. Also made me a coffee - I felt very looked after, great location, very safe, will go back ! "

"Excellent! My husband and I went for our anniversary and arrived very early (8am). They provided a room for us to change and shower until our room became available. Water, coffee and tea were always available. The staff was so kind and friendly. The balcony was the cutest and our room had so much character and charm. I cannot wait to go back one day. "A little gem of a hotel. Beautiful bright room and bathroom, soundproof, tidied and cleaned daily, even pjs folded on your bed. We had a Parisian breakfast on our last morning, beautifully presented and delicious, worth €15, kept us going for the whole day. Staff are so helpful, always on hand to help with anything, especially Ruben. Wonderful stay, definitely stay again if in Paris."
