"We booked this hotel because it said they have airport shuttle and it is 10 min away from airport since we are leaving early in the morning, however there was no shuttle service, although they will help you to call car service. So I felt this info was incorrect and misleading. We had to take taxi into center of Florence and took taxi back, we would booked other hotel in center of the city. Other than that, People were nice , we have no other issues. "

"Nice comfortable clean smallish room. The breakfast was fine, affordable (12 euros) and convenient but the dining room when I get there was filled with dirty dishes, they were slow to bus tables. In their defense, I came to the breakfast room at 8 right after the morning rush. "This property was so far away from everything. Luckily, it was right next to the bus stop. It didn’t seem like the nicest area. When we arrived the room was set to 30° and were told the air conditioning is not yet turned on for the season so we switched rooms. We were not informed the pool is only open in the summer and the kids were looking forward to the pool so that was a let down. "What a beautiful hotel!! Spacious room, updated nice bathroom, and gorgeous views and property. Very friendly staff, too. Breakfast is awesome and they had plenty GF options too. They also have a shuttle to take you up and down the hill to the main part of town, which was very helpful and meant we didn’t have to pay for taxis hardly at all. Overall an amazing place! "
