"Fraudulent. These lovely pictures of an apartment were displayed on the Expedia site and I went ahead and paid for it. When I contacted the host about my reservation, he rudely informed me that the place was not available even though I had paid for it on the site because it was available for my dates. The host was rude, unresponsive and unwilling to help. He offered an alternative property which was dingy, uncomfortable and ugly with stained and torn bedsheets. A far cry from what was advertised...

"I didn't get the room what i request. They put me in an apartment which i never reserve. Additionally, in the reservation there was a breakfast but when i go there they told me there is no breakfast, i lost all my money which i paid through this app. So, i want to requaet my money bavk for the breakfast"
