"This is a no frills hotel, but the staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean. The parking was very good as well. The air conditioning unit in the window was a little loud, but it worked fine. The room was small but clean. The walls were a little thin so you could hear people above us and outside in the hallway. There was only a push button lock on the door which may be a problem for some people concerned with security and safety. Overall, though, we got something better than we expected since...

"The hotel is good for the price point. The rooms are large and have a small kitchenette. The staff were great. We ate at the restaurant Sea Bay Cafe each morning. The service and food was good for the price. We enjoyed jumping in the pool after coming off the beach. It’s conveniently located near many restaurants."

"When we arrived our room was hot and our AC was not working. That evening i reported it and maintenance fixed it within 20 minutes. Several guests were complaining about the luke warm water for showers. Our shower did not get hot."

"Eden Roc Motel was the best value that we could find on the weekend that we went. It didn't feel especially modern, and our A/C struggled to cool the room. There were a couple of other minor issues, including that the bathroom door didn't latch securely and the toilet seat was a little loose. The breakfast was pretty modest (cereal, oatmeal packets, yogurt, and packaged mini-sandwiches), but we appreciated having something. The staff were pleasant, and the outdoor pool was a nice option to have....

"For the price it was, it was exactly what i expected. everything was kind of clean for the most part BUT, there were hairs on the pillows and bed. Miscellaneous spots on the sheets and on the shower curtain. The bathroom sink hot water nob was completely broke. I turned it on and it fell off.. it seems they just throw it back on and call it a day. some of the “ clean “ towels had spots on them, only a few not all. Overall, our stay was a 5/10. Beach is close and so is food spots that’s a plus....
