The third level is the best; however, on the second and first levels, you can hear all the footsteps from guests above, which made it difficult for me to fall asleep. "The room was well furnished and clean. The air conditioning unit was quiet and the staff extremely polite and helpful. The breakfast was good, My only gripe was the noisy exhaust fan in the bathroom and the bathroom door is not properly installed and makes a loud scratch noise when closing. This wakes my partner up when I am using the bathroom. I am happy with my stay especially with the reception staff."
