"If you want to pay a lot of money and get very little in return, this is the hotel for you. This was the worst Marriott experience we’ve ever had. When we checked in, we had to get our own luggage cart and bring our bags to the room ourselves. The room was missing basic amenities — no water, no ice bucket, and the refrigerator wasn’t even cold. We paid extra for a corner room with a water view, but instead we got a view of other buildings with no water in sight. The hot tub shown in the hotel...

"This recently remodeled motel was completely charming. We had a room accessible directly from the parking lot, and it was decorated beautifully. The nautical theme extended throughout. The bathroom was large, beautifully tiled, and perfectly functional. Towels were changed daily. The bed and pillows were very comfortable with nice cotton sheets. We would stay there again."

"Property was conveniently located near the airport. People were friendly. They did have good coffee. However they were lacking in the breakfast department during the weekdays only offering a “grab and go” breakfast. The weekend did offer waffles and cereal. So it was a little better."

"Two complaints. I was given a room in the back building where there were people outside drinking playing cards and smoking weed with loud music. I asked for a room near there front where it was quieter. My toilet stopped up and I reported it at 9am. The front in staff said housekeeping would be in at 11am to take care of the situation. I returned at 9pm to discover the issue was not resolved. The same front in staff said he could give me a plunger. I informed him I wanted to check out....

"Room was bigger and cleaner than the motel 6 she just stayed at for 2 days. Staff was more nicer n attentive even upgraded my bed to a king size and also ask what floor I would like which was very nice. The only thing I have to complain about is the breakfast I came out around 8ish and there was only 1 pack of granola left and coffee machine is disgusting I’m sorry and there was only a few creamers left so me n my bf kinda had to share a coffee but other than that I wish they had more variety of...

(My expectations were bleak). < The mattress was soft, but OK. < The bathroom was minuscule, but functional. < Dressing area, washroom, and bathroom lights are excessively high-beam headlight bright, which was really annoying because there wasn’t a “nite light” option. << Bottom line: I will stay there again when in the area"

"No breakfast given - as advertised - due to Board of Health closing down the kitchen. No word of this was put on their site. Creepy feeling with a downstairs laundry area that was in shambles and obviously not available AND despite two attempts to look at Fitness room, I was never able to locate it. Very drab, run-down appearance. Unfamiliar with area and later found Courtyard by Marriott very close by as well as a Motel 8. Either were better located to eateries and in better condition."

"The front office lady was definitely not suited to front office work, had no customer service mindset. We were there just for a night, and had to leave at 3 am to catch a flight from Bradley airport. I had only one request, that the room be as close to the main entrance as possible. She finally gives the room key and we set out - literally it was at the very far end (it is a large U shaped structure).
