We arrived a couple of hours before check-in time and were able to leave our luggage with the reception staff, while we had a walk around Bilbao. "My husband and I had fantastic 4 night stays. The room especially the bathroom is clean and bed is very comfortable. I chose this hotel because of it's location, just few steps to Guggenheim museum. Also, the Old town is walking distance from the hotel. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast daily. The food was delicious and had variety to choose from. The restaurant staff and reception staff are nice, friendly and very helpful. We were delighted and enjoyed our stays. If we ever return to...

"The hotel is not far from the center, between two tram stops. The staff and the amenities are excellent. My room looked on another building, but at last there was no noise of the traffic. The only problem was that I couldn't change the AC, there was a constant cold airflow in the room. All in all, I had a pleasant time in lovely Bilbao."
