"Location, Location ,Location!!! The rooms are a bit dated. Furniture is old but comfortable. Cleaning crew could do a better job in the bathroom as there was mold in several places. Bed was super comfortable. Room was quiet. Breakfast was a dream. Elevators are fast and parking is ample. Brea Mall is right next door and it’s really nice. Lots of restaurant choices for any budget. And shopping if you’re inclined."

"Fake fake Fake reviews!!!! This hotel retents dirty used rooms, I complained but front desk said it was their last room. The room was dusgusting... urine stains on sheets, sticky stained floors moldy mini fridge! Im telling you all do not stay at this hotel!!!! Its places like these with greedy owners that dont care about hygiene they only care about money!!!!!! Remembering that room gets me nauseated!!"

"Everything was great. Very clean and convenient for what we were doing. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was simple, but good. Only improvement might be adding more fruits to the breakfast menu (e.g. bananas, berries, etc.) One other suggestion is about the toilet. It was really high and a bit uncomfortable for shorter people like myself, so in the event a replacement is necessary, might consider slightly shorter ones. Overall, very comfortable and nice place to stay."

"The room was fine, nothing special or huge but clean and ok. No fan in the bathroom which seemed odd, the sink also bubbled randomly and was incredibly loud. You could hear it multiple times it sounded like it was backed up. At first we didn’t do anything. The second time it started we told the front desk and they had someone come fix it however it continued to do it even after they fixed it. "Booked 2 queen room through Expedia. We intentionally don’t book sofa bed because they are uncomfortable. We were given king and sofa bed. Called front desk and was told they were sold out. Then what is even the purpose of a reservation? Why does it matter if it was through a third party or not? It’s a reservation. Lobby has a very chemical smell. Shower was dirty. King bed, I felt every movement that my partner made. And just like I thought, sofa bed was awful. Room was otherwise clean. Asked...

"Before I booked this hotel, it stated that self-parking was available, but it didn’t mention a $16 parking fee. I’ve traveled to Los Angeles many times and have never been charged for hotel parking before. I understand that hotels in downtown areas often charge for parking, but I wasn’t expecting a hotel in the Hacienda Heights/Orange County area to have a parking fee, especially since it wasn’t disclosed before I booked."
