"Highly recommend staying at Jasmine Apartment. Excellent location right off of Kalidasa Road - quiet neighborhood. Extremely clean with very responsive staff. The front desk attendant, Akaash, was very friendly and helped answer all my questions. Front desk was present 24/7 making my late night ride from Bangalore feel safe."

"The property was good, but when I gave a feedback on a nonfunctional door. manager got offended and wanted to prove i didn’t know how to use. He demanded I must accompany him to room to show me how to use the door. But when he saw the door was not functioning, he ended saying sorry and promising he will fix the door. Should learn how to take feedback and act on."

The apartment itself needed some maintenance, but it was good for a family and we were there only for a long weekend so it suited our purpose, but in general, I would say the apartment was neat and tidy."

"This property feels more like a basic lodge and does not meet the standards of a three-star hotel. Cleanliness is below expectations, and overall maintenance is poor. The air conditioning is centrally preset with no option to adjust the temperature, making the room uncomfortably hot despite being advertised as air-conditioned. It is definitely not suitable for families. I only stayed here for one night as a stopover during a drive. Overall, the experience was disappointing."

"There is no hotel existent. Only the building is there. No staff, no rooms, nothing. We booked the hotel and travelled from Hyd to reach this place around 12 midnight, only to find that no one was there to open doors. We had to scramble in middle of the night for hotels during the long weekend and had to settle for a OYO just somehow to manage getting a night sleep. Stay away from booking this. Also messaged expedia to take it down from the platform altogether ."
