"Walls are paper-thin. Neighbors sounded like they were in my room. Until 3 am. Was told I had a corner room, but I did not. Refrigerator in the room sounded like a deisel engine. No sleep. Otherwise, the staff was outstanding and nice. It is a nice hotel, just very poor soundproofing. "

"Professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was impressed to see many of the same staff from my visit four years ago, including vallet, Bellman, food service, and concierge. This says that the Ritz Carlton treats their employees well and in turn their customer service is top notch. "

"Great staff at the desk. Tiffany was great! Room was very modern. WiFi was mostly good. Location was central to downtown within walking distance of restaurants and cafes. Nice walking trail down by the water, too."

"It was convenient to everything downtown-just a few blocks away. The bar was swamped every night so hard to get a happy hour drink or bites but otherwise great!"

"Allowed an early check in 👍 Had a really cool poolside room with a curtained patio. We spent all afternoon poolside with drinks from great bartender. Only downside was we came back from dinner/drinks @10:30 pm and power was out on the whole block 😔outside their control. Management was accomodating to this issue."

"We found a big cockroach dead on the floor in tge bathroom. I informed the front desk, and they came to remove it. Also informed us that pest control was there a few days prior. They apologized but we were not offered another room. The room was clean besides that! We checked every corner of the room and could not find anything else. We were disappointed with the experience. "

"The breakfast buffet is excellent. Best of any hotel we have stayed at. Did not us the laundry services but it’s nice it is available."

"Stayed here a few nights in April after the spring break rush. It was quiet and peaceful. The resort is close to the Beach, about a 10-15 minute ride to the beach. The plants and environment were awesome, clean area all around and felt like a secluded island. Overall a great experience and the room had everything we needed. Will probably be back at some point, one of the hidden gems for sure."

"This is the perfect property for a couple! Small but in a good way and has everything you need. I love how close it is to siesta Key Village. We probably went to Mojo coffee 12 times. I love that you had beach supplies available, including the wagon and some chairs. Thank you."

"Location could not have been better. Walk to restaurants, shops and more importantly the beach! Having beach chairs and a cooler in the room to use during our stay was the best addition. Staff was helpful and the property was clean! Can’t wait to come back!"

"The parking its perfect,the hotel its sow near to the beach that u can go on foot and can use all the aminities its sow personal i was with my wife and was super relaxing, the place its beautiful this are my second time there because the cleaning in all the way of the word, its super clean i love it, its small but perfect for a getaways "
