"Le problème concerne l'insonorisation qui est médiocre. De ma chambre j'avais l'impression que les fenêtres donnant sur la rue étaient ouvertes. Durant la soirée, un camion incendie est passé devant l'hôtel et le niveau sonore était intolérable. La même chose s'applique pour le bruite provenant de la chambre en face de la mienne et du corridor. Je n'ai pas dormi beaucoup, seulement 2 heures vers 4 heures du matin."

"Le condo est vraiment bien, facile pour 4. Salle de bain et cuisine complète. Le salon est vraiment grand et ensoleillé. Restos , épicerie et boulangerie à 5min de marche. Vieux Québec à 5min en voiture. Juste devant l’hôtel il y a des recharges électriques. À mon prochain voyage, nous allons retourner dans cet hôtel. "

"Perfect location, charming rooms, the staff was very nice and helpful. The paid parking seems far away, but it's not so bad and worth it. Call in advance to reserve. I really appreciated the staff giving detailed instructions with printed pictures at the reception of the parking garage and of the box at the gate making it super easy for someone not familiar with the area. Finally. the breakfast had the best Chocolatines I've ever had!"

"Tres bonne structure pour les reglement du sejour entrer facile dacces stationnement payant juste en avant proximité avec beaucoup de restaurant manque un peu de menage foyer au gaz non fonctionnel Pas de savon a lessive pas de savonna vaiselle et le systeme de chauffage ( termopompe non fonctionnelle Pleinte electrique barré a 21 degree nous avons eu un peu froid"

"Super bien. Entrée autonome avec un code, sans problème. Petit salon accueillant à l'extérieur de la chambre où on trouve micro-ondes, ustensiles et autres accessoires de cuisine. Lit confortable, salle de bain avec grande douche. Bien situé sur une rue vivante avec pleins de petits commerces variés et avec accès facile à la Grande-Allée, aux Plaines, au Vieux Québec, etc. Transport en commun à quelques minutes de marche. "Great place with small kitchen that was fully equipped. Room was much smaller than we expected and “king size bed” felt more like a queen. The parking rate was good and also available parking on street was easy and reasonable. The instructions to get into the property and retrieve our key was clear and easy. They also were able to let us in a bit early which was nice. Also very responsive when we needed anything. Overall would recommend."

"Great spot for Quebec with kids! Local to everything you want to see in the old part of city and the pool is great. It has a hydro therapy (sauna and cold bath) which is lovely and the indoor pool is perfect for people with kids for some down time."
