"We stayed in the opera house room for one night. A concierge staff, Arm was very helpful and looked after our bags while we were waiting for our room. Check in staff was attentive and contacted us when our room was available. Great bathroom amenities except when they didnt "
"Loved this hotel, absolutely stunning and loved our room with the bath tub. Staff were friendly. Super clean. Plumbing slightly noisy overnight but didn’t bother us. "
"The most amazing stay for us from all hotels in Sydney we went to. From the friendly service, cleanliness and comfortable bed.
We highly recommended and definitely will return next year. "
"The staff here were amazing. Every member of staff we met or spoke to were excellent, friendly and helpful. In particular, I’d like to highlight Joanne and Roman in the Club Lounge for their excellent service.
We had a suite with a balcony which was excellent, comfortable and very well equipped. The view over Darling Harbour was fantastic. The hotel put an extra bed in for my son in advance. The bathroom was huge - with two sinks, a large bath and a separate walk-in shower. It was cleaned daily and restocked with still water. There was a Nespresso coffee machine, a fridge with mini bar, a safe, an iron & ironing board and plenty of towels and toiletries.
The hotel is right next to a main road and so there is some extra noise when you open the door to the balcony, but no more than you expect from any city centre hotel. The location is perfect for walking to all the main sights and attractions, but taxis or Ubers are always available out front.
I highly recommend this hotel. "
"This is my “go-to” hotel when I am in Sydney. It’s in a very quiet location in the Phillip st legal precinct area, yet just around the corner from busy Martin Place. For transport, a couple of minutes walk takes you to Martin Place Metro Station or alternatively to St James station, which is directly on the airport rail line. Parks and other attractions are within walking distance. Take the hotel lift down to LG and an alternate exit takes you out to Elizabeth Street."
"Comfortable bed. Requested extra blanket which arrived within minutes. Super clean room/ bathroom. Liked the knock on the door from cleaning supervisor who was randomly asking questions on the service we received/ were we happy with cleanliness etc. "
"Always feels like visiting family.
All Staff friendly, accomodating & professional.
All services provided & facilities offered, wonderful.
Location is convienient to all major attractions. Transport links easy to navigate from hotel.
Our family's return is assured. 'Thank you' to all Staff & the lovely consierge, kate parker"
