"We needed a place to stay while in town for graduation. This property did not disappoint. The check-in process was alittle confusing, but it was my fault. The space is clean and comfortable. The next time I return to New Orleans I will certainly stay here!"

"We were visiting for Familee Day. We were 20 minutes from the venue. The room was spotless. You could tell the bathroom was regularly checked and maintained. The bed was comfortable. All of the amenities were fully stocked. Breakfast was top tier. Staff was friendly. Patio/pool was maintained well."

"Had a bad smell when you walked in the door that reeked through the room all night and the toilet would not flush overflowed onto the floor called manager. He said he couldn’t get Maintenance out till 8:30 AM. This happened at 4:30 in the morning."

"Housekeeping came in one time and left clean linens but did not clean anything did not take the trash out did not make the bed. Front desk staff likes to have an attitude when they're asked to remake a card after they deactivate it the cards for the rooms. Had multiple paint chips with brown smears on the walls."

"Do not stay at this property. The front desk staff whom was a man kept announcing everyone’s room number outloud. This is a motel where escorts work and the pictures are deceiving. The breakfast was nonexistent and there were bugs all over the floor in my room. The scariest part of my experience was receiving a conjoined room and waking up at 4 am to sounds of someone trying to enter my room. As soon as I turned the lights on the noises stopped and whoever was in the room next to me left. I told...
