"Clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, and great walkable location. Easy garage parking next door. Only issue is that it can be a bit noisy on Monday mornings, when it is trash day, if you happen to be on the side of the building where the dumpster is located. "

As soon as you walk in the whole room smells of cigarettes poor up keep of the rooms that rarely get clean i found blood on the dresser and a hard bed with thin blankets and pillows. Only positive is it was cheap and staff where quick to check you in and out."

"Elevator was out and they did not notify us. My husband and I are both seniors and have physical conditions that limit out mobility. We had to carry luggage 2 flights downstairs. The person at the front desk told me I could cancel my reservation, when we arrived to check in. I was attending conference day of and did not have the option of taking time out of my schedule to try to find another hotel room in a days notice. She should have been oroactive in problem-solving and offered to get help to...
