"The Harbinson House was a great place to stay for going to a show at Ace of Spades. It is in a beautiful historic neighborhood and the place itself is a quirky historic home. "The room was small, but comfortable. It was noisy outside early in the evening but quieter later on. The person at the reception desk seemed a little impatient and not very friendly. Parking was not inexpensive and the parking spots in the garage were spaced very close together. The open central area was spacious and comfortable. Overall this was an OK experience but I might look somewhere else the next time I stay in the area."

"Convenient if you are headed to the Capitol. It's not too far and not so close that the prices are sky high. There is a lovely restaurant connected to this place that unfortunately time did not allow me to try but I will the next time. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The room was nice and served it purpose. My trip was a quick one day meeting, go back to the airport and go home so I didn't get to really enjoy the hotel as much I wish I could have. "Overall, the hotel itself was as expected, but the service experience fell short. Upon arriving to check in, there was no one at the front desk and I waited approximately 5–10 minutes for a staff member to arrive. When assistance was provided, there was no greeting or welcoming interaction, and the overall experience lacked the level of customer service I would expect. The staff gave the impression that they were disengaged and did not want to be there, which negatively impacted the stay.”"
