"Very comfortable nights sleep, staff were great and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Liked that we could chose a later breakfast time, and that checkout wasn't until 11. Lovely area."
"Room was clean, comfy bed and the staff were great. The bathroom door didn’t close properly and the hot breakfast was a bit limited in vegetarian options but overall had a great stay and was very happy "
"Very noisy private function made it impossible to sleep - had to change rooms at midnight.
Horrible experience - would never return.
Was promised a refund and will be pursuing this.

"I was looking for a place to stay overnight for a group of 3: at ~£27 each, this hotel was completely acceptable.
LOCATION
Less than 10 minutes to walk to Central station (and therefore the city centre), so that was all good.
ROOM
Basic yet spacious. The beds were comfortable enough.
FACILITIES
The ensuite was up to standard- same can be said for the shower. We had a telly and basic tea/coffee making facilities.

"The hotel was a really good we were pleased with our choice particularly with other high ranking hotels in the mix! The staff were extremely warm, welcoming and helpful and the package we got made our stay extra special for our first wedding anniversary! The bar was nice and relaxed and a great range of drinks! We stayed breakfast but chose to have breakfast just one of the mornings initially so we could experience a breakfast in the centre of Cardiff. The breakfast was average and although we ordered our coffees none arrived - this was probably due to how busy it was. The breakfast we had the following day in Cardiff, although slightly more expensive, was delicious, fresh and promptly given. The location of the hotel was excellent! The pillows could be slightly more firm and it was noisy at times in the night due to other guests. Other than these minor things, we had a great time! Thank you 😊 "
"Ideal central location although no city view, despite booked. Room very clean and plenty of room. Comfortable beds. Dressing gowns handy in bathroom. Great selection of teas and coffee provided 😊.
