"Spacious room, not much furniture but met my family needs"

"Beds were VERY soft. You sank in when you laid down. Breakfast for 2 mornings-no real protein. Make your own waffles, baby muffins, oatmeal, and yogurt were the options. Both mornings I arrived to eat before 6:30 am and both times, no hard boiled eggs. They were already out and didn’t get replenished. The staff was friendly and offered to relocate us to other rooms…but then said the beds we were sleeping in were better and harder than bottom level beds. Ice machine on level 300 rooms was not...

"Very disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel. White stains on the bedskirt, dirty drapes, dirty baseboards in bathroom, weeds throughout front of hotel. Our sink couldn’t drain without manually lifting the drain stopper front under the sink. We skipped breakfast because waffle griddles needed a good cleaning. Staff is all friendly, but only staff wearing name tags indicating they worked there was front counter staff. Other staff members indicated they worked there by saying hello but did...

"I didn’t like anything. The room was so dirty. They didn’t clean it once. I had to go get all my towels shampoo etc. TV was horrible"

"Towels and bedding had stains. The bed also was grainy feeling and the mattress was terrible. There was still trash from previous occupants under the beds. The room had ants and was very dark. Shower was okay, parking was fine. The staff was nice enough. It's alright if you need a place to crash for a night but really not great."
