"This is a great location if you’re going to an away game at Ipswich Town Football club. The hotel is great - pretty similar to a Hampton by Hilton in format and style. It’s just over the Bobby Robson bridge so an easy walk to the ground or the town and a slightly longer walk along the tow path to the Marina area. Staff are excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Food is good. I ate there for an evening meal and it was freshly cooked and tasty. On site parking so we left the car there for the match...

"Fan went off every 20 seconds during the night, wasn’t aircon as that was switched off so not sure what it was but kept me awake all night. Door didn’t lock properly when vacating the room. Tried about ten times. Eventually got it to lock, but when I was inside the room had to put a chair against the door as I was unsure if it was locked from outside as I was a lone female traveller. Normally stay here for work but won’t be staying again. "

"Didn’t have to park I used public transport. The room was smaller than I expected, and no chair or kettle and limited storage space, shower worked well. I thought it was worth the money as the location was central to the city. Fan in room was noisy at times as were the other guests."

"was unable to sleep in the bed as the room had a major issue with black mould in the bathroom which had become airborne & affected the the entire room the smell was over powering slept in a chair as the bed was cover with the black mould smell & was unable to breath, suffer with chest infections which the spores got on my chest I had to call 111 & was directed to Ipswich hospital for antibiotics, never even stopped for breakfast on day 2 felt to ill on antibiotics for next 5 days, this all...

"Great friendly staff, nice touch for the kids... they were given a voucher ea to to choose beteen, a cold drink, a hot choc with marshmallowsor an ice-cream from the bar. Slso free fizzy drinks, crisps and kitkats in the mini-fridge in tge room were nice touches. The only downer for the hotel as a whole was that there was no air-conditioning in the bedroom or the bar area and so the environment was fairly hot and stuffy."

"A very pleasant pub with rooms right in the heart of the very nice market town of Woodbridge. It's on the Thoroughfare which is the main shopping street but not in a noisy part and with relatively little traffic running through it. Parking round the back of the pub is plentiful and free. My room was decorated nicely with all the facilities required for an overnight stay. Had a double aspect which although there was no view as such made it very light and airy. Breakfast buffet was fairly minimal...
