Both receptionists were polite, courteous, and welcoming. They made sure I was assigned a first-floor room, which I really appreciated. When I checked in, I commented that I hoped the room would meet my standards. To my surprise, the receptionist personally walked with me to the room to make sure everything was satisfactory. That level of customer service meant a lot.
When we realized the TV remote was missing, the staff immediately went above and beyond to get us a working replacement. They were extremely apologetic, handled the situation without hesitation, and did so with a positive attitude.
The excellent customer service and willingness to go the extra mile made our stay a great experience. I would definitely stay here again.
