"Lovely place ideally situated helpful staff"

"We had a wonderful stay here in Ravenna! A family run business in a fantastic location - walkable to the bus station, city centre, train station, restaurants etc. Staff was so friendly, helpful, and attentive. Property was incredibly clean and spacious, breakfast included. Check in was very easy and the room was ready for us, no problems. The property also has a common space for a kitchen. One of my favourite places I’ve stayed in Italy to date and would recommend!"

"Room was great. Check-in communication was a bit chaotic and stressful but got sorted. Breakfast was fantastic. Laundry area was in a dingy basement and unfortunately cold wash wrecked a shirt with heat melting logo. Was walkable from train and to shopping and restaurants."

"La chambre était grande et très confortable. Le personnel est également très gentil. Le quartier est calme. Le seul hic, c'est les murs fins.. On entends pas mal ce qui se passe dans l'établissement. Mais à part ça tout est parfait"
