"This property has really hone downhill since we we were here last year. Broken stasher, broken ice machine, broken pancake maker. Still broken 3 days later. Front desk staff kept making excuses. Housekeeping & kitchen staff were excellent. They made the stay Having been loyal customers for at least 25 years not sure we will stay here again"

"We had booked a double room for 1 night at $~$400. Got an ADA room. Didn’t mind since the room and bathroom were quite large. Amenities were bare minimum (for the price) - shower was not clean. Staff was friendly. No breakfast included. Parking garage under hotel. Convenient right off highway 101. No restaurant. However, There’s a ‘room service’ menu barcode in room :) "

"Property was clean and located near shopping and is only a few minutes away from central Windsor. Five miles north is Healdsburg Easy parking. Breakfast in the morning but I liked KC Kitchen for breakfast and Grey Squirrel for coffee"

"Nice large room with a king bed. The breakfast had lots of choices for hot and cold meals. The room was clean and comfortable. Only problem was no free WiFi. It made you sign up for the Hilton program and go through a bunch of screens on your phone. I couldn’t get it working and gave up eventually."

"We've been staying here for probably 30 years, and it's just not the same experience, even though I rate it highly. Here's what NOT to expect: Wifi on the 3rd or 4th floor that will stay connected; wine glasses and a wine bottle opener (even though you're in the wine country)-the front desk doesn't even have a bottle opener to borrow, and you have to go to the attached restaurant to borrow wine glasses, to be returned; an ice machine-you have to go to the front desk and ask for a zip-lock bag...

"This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The rooms have no functioning bathroom vent fans at all. After a rushed shower, the room quickly filled with thick, musty steam, which saturated the rest of the suite. On top of that, the wall units had horrifically dirty filters, which had clearly never been cleaned. The air felt stale & unclean to the point that it was genuinely difficult to breathe. The front desk interaction was completely unprofessional. Instead of calmly resolving...
