Friendly staff on arrival and departure. checkout time at 12pm was very accommodating given the long night we had. problem was the morning noise kids running around screaming and shouting adults standing by our window and smoking in the morning.. staff did not try and quite them down

You book here if you want no sleep! The nighshift lady was talking, screaming, laughing with friends before 2h00 in the morning. 2meters from our room. The gate opened and closed during the night about 7times. Not for customers, just for companionship. If you want to sit awake the whole night, book here.....

We saw 3 rooms: - I thought i booked room 1 (but i booked 1 room...), but someone else were in this room - the other 2 rooms were the family rooms (i booked one of these) - all 3 rooms' drawers were broken and cupboards doors were loose - some of the rooms' outer doors had punch marks (broken) - no food (breakfast) was served - there was a huge concrete block ontop of a hole at the gate, almost damaged my car - the TV had no remote (and management tools is to work it manually) and was almost impossible to work it manually - the aircon did have a remote and it did go on, but even on cool and swing, it did not blow cool air. - the lamp had no plug on it. - the bed mattress was so old i kept on rolling to the middle, and the other mattresses were also very old All in all very poor experience. -

Extra mile service from STAFF!!!

The B&B is in Loktion community but inside the rooms they did a great job to make it very comfortable. Bedding and cleanliness is great and one doesn't hear noise from outside. Rustenburg at large lost power at a massive magnitude but the staff went an extra mile providing warm bathing wster in the morning. Keep it up!!!! It meant a lot to me!!!!

The managment of the bookings is totally ridiculous.. they confirm your booking then when you get there you are told it is fully booked and yes they saw your booking and still went ahead with confirming yet they full

It was a last minute arrangement to attend a funeral in Phokeng. It was clean no issues there. Problem is there's really limited TV channels, was unable to see the news.

Bad stay.

It has a good space, the place is clean but the the tv had no available channels, there was no free bottled water, no toiletries in the room. All the things i was supposed to find in the room were not there. And made my stay uncomfortable...i don't understand the meaning of putting a kettle when the is nothing to make tea/coffee. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Awesome

It was okay. The only thing that I didn't like was the noise that other visitors made in the morning. The receptionist is the friendliest and ready when you call. I'll surely come again. 3.5/5 stars

A welcoming place for people to visit

Good evening Lets start with the place itself It is welcoming with a secured yard with seciruty allowing visitors with cars to feel free Receptionist -welcoming Rooms - very clean with clean beddings thus made a person feel at home We will definitely come vack again

We did not enjoy our stay. I found used condoms in the draw and the shower head was broken. The wifi was also not working.

The service was very poor, the free wifi was not there, the bed felt very itchy the whole night, the management argues with guests late at night over small things, waking up other guests, it is a terrible accommodation for a couple looking to get some peace of mind but for a one night stand it would fit just fine.

Disappointed 👎.

FIRST night was fine but no breakfast in the morning as advertised Bed and breakfast. SECOND night also fine sleep but in the morning there was no water, electricity and breakfast and the worst part of it management couldn't care the damn to apologised for the inconvenience. Therefore I will never spend my hard earned money at Pale Bohemia again.
