"When I got to my room on the 3rd floor, I immediately noticed the odd smell coming from the hallway, essentially a musty, dirty, almost BO type smell. The carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time, as there were obvious spill stains on the carpet running the entire floor. Additionally, when I went to my car, there was a broken beer bottle on the ground surrounding my car. It's then that I recalled seeing the security guard sitting behind the counter chatting up the front...

"This hotel was great for our getaway to Disneyland, it was only 15 minutes away. The staff were kind, the hotel was nice and clean. The room wasn’t very spacious and we didn’t get the queen bed that we paid for on the room we selected which were the only cons during our stay. They do give you a discount to Dennys which we really appreciated, overall great stay."

"They only had parking for one of the three nights we stayed. The second night the lot was full and we had to wait for more than 30 minutes for them to arrange parking next door. The next night the lot was full again so I had to leave my car in the check in area. The staff was not very helpful and did not communicate what was going on while they were trying to arrange the parking. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible. "The photos they had on Expedia did not match the rooms or lobby. Rooms were ok but need to be updated some stuff was had wear and tear. Overall was a good experience the beds are comfortable was able to sleep good."

"The Ac didn’t work. I had to get moved to a new room at 11pm. The new room air conditioning was still not cooling down. Paying over $200 for a room. I would think the AC would work properly. It was a bummer. "

"Bel hôtel, bien placé, la chambre était grande, propre, staff professionnel, et le petit déjeuner buffet était super. Par contre, l'eau dans la baignoire avait du mal à s'évacuer. Proposition d'amélioration : une bouteille d'eau offerte dans la chambre aurait été appréciable. Je recommande et séjournerai sûrement de nouveau lors d'un prochain séjour."

"This is a really wonderful property. Really close to the parks. Apple maps will tell you its a 40minute walk, but it doesn't know you can walk under the bridge, so its actually closer to 20ish minutes. Gorgeous pool and really nice staff. The cafe in the lobby was great with good food. Our Bonvoy status gave us 2 free coffees a day which was a really nice way to start the day.
