"Not great. Nice guy at desk accidentally wrote wrong room # on card and told me wrong room #. I lugged my stuff upstairs and got to “my” room only to have the door opened and a rude dude tell me 201 was his room. Lugged all my junk back downstairs to lobby. Oops. Frustrating but nbd.
