Wir waren für eine Nacht im Steigenberger Hotel, da ich meinem Mann den Aufenthalt zum Geburtstag geschenkt hatte. Beim Einchecken hatte ich extra auf seinen Geburtstag hingewiesen. Leider gab es keinerlei Aufmerksamkeit oder kleine Geste.
Noch enttäuschender war das Frühstück. Da wir mit unserem Kleinkind angereist waren, hatten wir dieses extra gebucht. Leider waren sowohl die Blutorangen als auch die Gurken verschimmelt. Ich sprach...
"We loved the location of this hotel and the rooms looked brand new and very clean. We enjoyed having a room with a balcony that looked out onto a quaint courtyard. The balcony even had a flowerbox. The front desk staff were helpful, friendly and lovely. We will definitely choose to stay here again when visiting Koln (Cologne). Thank you for your excellent hospitality."
