"Super expensive and very confusing at booking"

"What I liked: Hotel Deco is located close to the Old Market, within walking distance. It's also not too far from the airport. The room was spacious, which was nice. What I didn't like: The hotel needs an upgrade. Seats in the lobby would be nice. The bathroom needs to be gutted. There was nowhere to put toiletries in the shower, and the grout and floor were dirty. There was also no electrical outlet in the bathroom. The Monarch Restaurant seemed dreary, and the one morning we tried to have...

"Breakfast was good. Had to pay for parking and if I knew I wouldn’t have booked. Also said they have a jacuzzi and pool. No Jacuzzi so that was a boo! Also indoor pool was freezing could barely get my legs in. Not good as I was looking forward to swimming. The small fridge in our room has a timer in it so it was off and over night I turned off not keeping items cold as it should. Bad feature and not first friendly. Everything else was fine."

"great central downtown location. Staff were great and hotel was very clean, comfortable and safe. Stayed in a suite with kitchen facilities which was great for the time we were there. Parking is at the carpark next door and simple to arrange but is not covered in cost of the room. definitely recommend."

"The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, however, the room was unclean and appeared as if it was cleaned in a rush. There were remnants of food on the carpet, an uncleaned toilet bowl, and the shower had particulate matter floating up from it when water was turned on."

"Just pure class. Maybe not the most inspiring room you’ll ever stay in but the whole property is immaculate and the pool is top notch. The basement restaurant & bar is incredible. If you’re in Omaha, stay here."

"Standing water in the tub. Water leaks above the toilet & shower. No hot water for two days. Front desk does not answer the phone, and we had a family member with mobility issues, so getting the shuttle to pick us up was impossible. Only one elevator seemed to be working. The entire facility is outdated amd falling apart."
