"I would give this hotel a zero star for staff if I could. We arrived only to not have a room. The lady helping us said she could see the reservation, but couldn’t access it. When I asked what they could do about it so we could stay, the other lady up front looked at us, rolled her eyes, and walked away. All the rooms were booked so we had to find another place to stay. "I had a wonderful stay at Fairfield inn in downtown Omaha. It is a very clean hotel. The staff was all very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and different each day I was there. I used and liked the treadmill. I did not get a chance to use the treadmill but would like to the next time I stay. My favorite part was the hot water for my baths. It was such a delight. Often the water is only lukewarm but not here and I thoroughly enjoyed it. "

"It looked good but, juice machine was out, and there was a mess that hadn’t been cleaned up yet on the counters. The soap in my room was from whoever had it before it was open and in the shower. The room ended up being very comfortable and cold and I slept like a baby."

"Hotel is decent but for the price for the type of room it is not worth the value . Paid 400 . For a suite only one elevator worked . People are great but they are working with limited options . There are better rooms with better amneties with different companies in the same areas"
