"I booked the room through Hotels.com just after midnight and at check in. 10 minutes later, the desk attendant informed me that the room was reserved for the following day because the hotel was still working on the previous days books. He was unempathetic that I had just spent money on a room that didnt exist and offered no apology or help. Hotels.com was also no help even though I called them immediately to ask for a refund as the CSR said they would hear from someone within 72 hrs but he could not authorize a refund. Worst experience I ve ever had with both a hotel and the website!"

"I don’t normally leave complaints or negative reviews, but I couldn’t let others book here without knowing what they’re getting into. The property was extremely dirty. The floors in my room appeared not to have been washed before I checked in, and the elevator had trash and debris on the floor throughout my entire stay. The lobby also had a persistent funky odor. My room was disappointing. The furniture was stained, the bed was uncomfortable, and the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. I don’t mind an older or outdated hotel, especially at a bargain price point, but cleanliness is a basic expectation, and this property fell short. Housekeeping never serviced my room during my stay. The towels were flimsy and barely usable, and there was no soap in the shower. The only positive was that the hand soap was actually quite nice. The complimentary breakfast was okay—nothing special, but adequate. Even for a budget hotel, this experience was disappointing. I would not stay here again."
