"Room (2 double beds) was clean and everything seemed to be in good working order. The staff were courteous and efficient. Check-in was easy with no waiting. The roof deck offered some really nice views of the city. The location is very convenient to all forms of transportation. The only slight negative (which cannot be changed) is that the waiting time for the elevator can be more than guests would like since there are only 3 elevators. I would definitely stay here again."

"The lobby was inviting and the staff professional and pleasant. The view from our room was fantastic, looking east toward Brooklyn and the Williamsburg bridge. Convenient subway shops a close walk as well as Chinatown. The Purple club is popular on the weekend, but that didn't affect our stay."
