Lodges di Rwanda

"I loved this place so much. Staff especially is just so kind and amazing! Everyone who works there deserves a raise. Beautiful hotel, clean and massive rooms, and Pacific helped me arrange transportation which was super helpful. Definitely staying here again if I ever visit. Thank you! "

"Calm and well situated resort, friendly environment, perfect for relaxing!"

"We made a booking for 2 rooms and paid for them 6 months ago. When we arrived at the hotel at 7pm on the day of our booking, we were told by the receptionist that the hotel was overbooked and got transferred to another hotel. I was forced to book another hotel last-minute. That alone would have been manageable, but the real issue is that the property provided no way to resolve the situation. They never answered their phone, ignored messages, and even when Expedia tried to reach them directly, there was no response. As a result, I was unable to cancel and lost over...

"I slept in a simple tent, the bed was nice. Good food, tastful Tilapia. Good conversations with the staff, especially with Jean Marie (Pfaff). Next time I will leave the bike on the pier, the road to the resort is too bad!"
